It all started when…

Southern School of Beauty was purchased by Dale & Kim White in October of 1999 — an institution located in Durant, OK that has been serving the community for over 40 years. Under their guidance, Southern School of Beauty has graduated numerous highly skilled technicians in the field of cosmetology that went on to fulfill their dreams in this ever-changing industry. With a combined 40 years of experience, instructors Dale & Miranda pour their years of knowledge into their students, as well as staying up to date on all the latest trends & techniques.

Our Mission Statement:

To train students to be highly skilled technicians in the field of Cosmetology, & Sciences. Train students to be knowledgeable of business management and to include the professional ethics and attitude needed to be successful. To be aware of all the avenues that is available to the student in the field of Cosmetology. To educate highly skilled professionals in cosmetology and related fields sufficient to meet the needs of area salons and professional facilities. To provide opportunities for continuing education for both the student of cosmetology and the professional seeking to expand their educational goals. To provide consumer services performed by skilled students.
